Delivery time is approximately 2-3 working days.. If you have any special
requests regarding delivery or your order in general, please e-mail us and your
request will be dealt with immediately. We understand how frustrating dealing

Payment is
accepted by Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Solo using our shopping cart system
which is fully supported by a secure server protecting your card details.

If your purchase is faulty in any way please
return it and you will recive a full refund provided that we were informed within 24hours of receipt. You will be covered by the full manufacturers warranty. Sorry, we cannot pay for return postage.

Delivery charges and available services are
dependant on final destinations. NB Deliveries to Eire and Channel Isles are not
currently available via our website.
Our mainland UK delivery charges
are as follows: |
- Orders over £100, free delivery
- Orders under £100.00 will incur a fee of £7.00
- Some Items may incur an additional delivery charge.

| Tracking Your Order |
You can track the status of your order whilst
in transit for all Citylink services and Royal Mail services at the respective

Mail
NB Recorded delivery is only tracked at the
point of delivery. In the event of non-delivery Royal Mail investigations are
only initiated after two weeks have elapsed from the date of posting. For this
reason we are unable to offer advanced replacements on any items lost in transit
using this service.

| Missing, Damaged or Incorrect
orders |
We endeavour to ensure that you receive your
goods in pristine condition. If you notice that items are missing, damaged or
incorrectly delivered, please contact our Customer Services Department as soon
as possible and not later than 72 hours after receiving the order on
0844 870 0867, or alternatively email sales@supplies4beauty.co.uk.

We are able to send goods to customers
overseas (with the exception of certain products).Please contact us for further
information.

| Liability |
All deliveries are subject to clearance of
funds and stock availability, this combined with the third party nature of
courier services means that, whilst we always try to keep to promised delivery
dates, occasionally goods may arrive late. Invariably this is to do with factors
outside of Salon Xperts Ltd control. For this reason we cannot offer guarantees on
delivery dates or accept any liability for losses as a result of late
deliveries.
